  • WTM and Excel are committed to providing a reliable, high-performance connectivity experience for all exhibitors and visitors

    As part of this commitment, all exhibitors are required to complete this mandatory declaration form so we can understand connectivity requirements in advance and ensure the most appropriate solution is in place for each stand. 
    Delivering reliable connectivity at an event of this scale is a shared responsibility. Unauthorised wireless equipment, personal routers and independent Wi‑Fi networks can cause interference that impacts neighbouring stands and the wider exhibition environment. For this reason, exhibitors may not install their own wireless networks within the venue.
     
    Throughout the event, our technology team will actively monitor the wireless environment to help maintain network performance and may disconnect any unauthorised equipment that could affect the experience of other exhibitors and visitors.
